Children’s Universities operate at many universities in Europe, including Poland. Their functioning differs from each other as there are no binding guidelines for their administration, as they do not belong to the current education system. They are a form of self-improvement and development and fi t in with the ideas of lifelong learning. The classes organized at universities are intended for children of all ages. They have different forms and lead times. Various issues are discussed there. Such a university operates, among others, at the Ignacy Mościcki State Vocational University in Ciechanów and within its five-year activity, it has already become part of the structure and image of the university.
